Richard Teto Jr grew up in the Mt Pleasant neighborhood at a time when family members owned and operated Rico's Deli as well as the Original Welcome Cafe.

Richard has taken over Robert's Deli which was an iconic luncheon stop in Providence for over 50 years!

I will continue the same hospitality & value the importance of fresh ingredients with all our food here at Teto Deli. I've renovated our kitchen area & am now equipped for high volume lunch crowds as well as catering, for example office parties of 12-100 people.

I will consistently provide our customers with great service in a friendly environment. Over the years many great memories were made here at the deli & I am looking forward to many more great memories at the ALL NEW Teto Deli!

I have worked in the food industry in my previous experiences and am excited to get back into it.

- 5 years with upscale catering at Newport mansions for weddings of 350+ guests

- 5 years managing meal prep for small gatherings

- All aspects of kitchen & food prep for fine dining & take out options in local neighborhood restaurants over the last 10 years
